Order & Payment FAQ

Our items are all priced in American Dollars ($/ USD). In the filter on the side (desktop) or on top (mobile) you can select to show and purchase the items in Euro (€/ EUR) instead. Our Shop updates the prices daily based on the most recent currency exchange rate.
When you want to add a product to your cart, please select your preferred color & size of the product, followed by “Add to cart”. Select the shopping cart icon on the right top of the page. You will be able to view all of the items that are currently in your shopping cart. If you wish to delete an item from your cart, simply click on the "Remove" (X) button on the left of the item. If you wish to change the quantity for an individual item, simply enter the new amount you want to purchase in the "Quantity" column, followed by “Update cart”.
Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter and like our Facebook page to stay up-to-date! We send out coupons or share promos once in a while for even better deals!
You can apply your coupon in your shopping cart, see left under your products table. Also, in case you forgot to apply it on your shopping cart page, you have another chance on your checkout page, see the right order summary. Note: only one coupon can be applied at checkout
PayPal is a service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments without revealing your financial details. It is secure and trustworthy which allows you to shop safe online. PayPal can be used at to purchase items by Pay Pal credit and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.
Currently, payment goes through PayPal. PayPal accepts PayPal credit, credit card, visa and American Express as payment methods. We don’t support offline payments or bank transfer methods.
Once your payment has been received by us, we will send you a notification e-mail to inform you about the order. You can also log into your account on our website to check the order status at any time. Click “Orders” in the left menu. If we have received your payment, the order status will show "Processing". If we haven’t received a payment yet, the order status will show “Payment pending”.
Yes. Once we have received your order and payment has been completed, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

Shipping FAQ

We ship worldwide. We have a flat shipping rate of $3.99 and we ship FREE for order over $25! You can see your shipping costs in your shopping cart and on the checkout page as well. Read more about shipping here.
Currently, we offer just one shipping option: Standard shipping; flat rate or FREE. Read more about shipping here.
Once you have placed an order, you cannot change the shipping method. However, you can always contact us if you have an order change request. We strive to give you the best service and solution.
Once you have placed an order, you are not able to change your billing or shipping address information. If you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we will be able to ship to the new address you provide. However, if your package has already been shipped, then we will not be able to change the address anymore.
Most orders will ship out within 1 to 3 days. However, some orders need about 3-5 business days to ship out. Read more about shipping here.
When your items have been shipped, you will receive a notification email to your registered email address.
At the moment we don't provide tracking numbers yet. Though, you will receive an email when your items are shipped, as well as when your package is delivered.

Taxes & Customs FAQ

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments from abroad must be cleared by Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to pay the relevant Customs duties. does not not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any extra charges.
If the items are detained by Customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the items.

Cancellation & Returns FAQ

If you have not paid for your order yet or your payment hasn’t completed, then there is no need for you to contact us to cancel it. We do not process orders until a payment has been received for the order. You will need to submit the order again by creating a ‘new’ shopping cart.
Please contact us immediately. We will try to cancel your order on time. Note: once the order request has been processed by our suppliers (generally within a couple hours), your order cannot be canceled.
Before returning any items to us, please read our Return Policy first. Make sure that you meet all the criteria before you contact us. If you are eligible for return, make sure you provide the following information:
  1. The original order number
  2. The reason for the return/exchange
  3. In case of a problem: photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
  4. In case of a replacement item: Details of the new item: the item number, the name and color
  5. Your shipping address and phone number
Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. So do not ship a product back unless it has been approved by us! All returned items must have a return number. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please make sure you write a note in English containing your order number or PayPal ID so that we are able to locate your order information. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning. The item price will be refunded minus a restocking fee of $5. Please read our Return Policy for additional information.

Other questions

  • (!) We advise to hand wash new items first before putting it together with washing other clothes. Especially since there is a risk of the colors running and blend with other items!
  • Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before dressing.
  • Never expose your clothing to household cleaning products.
  • Never expose your clothing to chlorine swimming pools or hot tubs.
  • Make sure you follow the washing instructions exposed on the item label.
  • Sport bras: we advise to remove the pads before you wash the bra. Wash the pads separately.
Yes, it is possible to order items in bulk. Please contact us to get a quote. Make sure you include the item name(s), colors and sizes in your message.
